Kesalahan ini terjadi dikarenakan komputer kita diblokir oleh situs anaconda karena tidak ada SSL. Berikut ini pesan errornya:

Solusinya adalah kita harus menginstall penyedia SSL di komputer. Salah satu yang terpopuler adalah Open SSL.
